Can I see my complete design before paying?
Yes. Generate a watermarked proof of every program panel and matching card. Downloading clean files costs $14.90 for the program or $24.90 for the set.
Can I change the design after purchase?
Yes, you can edit the same memorial design and regenerate files during your 30-day access period. Your purchased package stays the same. Save your private link and download final files before expiry.
Do you print and mail the programs?
No. You receive digital files to print yourself or take to a local printer. Programs use Letter or A4 landscape paper, folded once. Cards are 5 × 7 inches. Our files use safe margins, without bleed or crop marks.
Will you write the obituary for me?
You can use our writing guides and a simple editable starting structure. The first version does not invent or generate a personal biography with AI. You supply and confirm the facts and wording.
How private are my materials?
Designs are not public galleries. Anyone with your private access link can open the design, so keep it private. Unpaid designs expire after 7 days, paid designs after 30 days. You can delete them earlier; pending payments need support review.
